Embracing the nectar portals of fertility, cyclical living, and the 4 stages of the menstrual cycle
Understanding how to mitigate painful periods, strengthen your ovulation, alleviate inflammatory womb conditions and pave the way for healthy pre-conception.
The intersect of feminine joy
Reclaiming self worship & adornment
Pelvic steaming & smoking for spiritual, anatomical, and ancestral healing
The social and spiritual politics of body hair removal
Asana, mantra, and the flow of shakti
Who is VENUS for?:
VENUS is for women and womb holders who are seeking a lush space to explore, reclaim, and dance through Venusian wavelengths via the embodiment of their feminine.
This course is focused towards people in their reproductive years who are desiring a focused space to learn more about their fertility, cultivate body literacy, build familiarity with their physical and energetic womb + vulva, and reclaim// remember the deliciousness of earthly embodiment.
We will meet every Friday morning for 6 weeks. Each week through lore, asana, guidance, mantra, storytelling and lecture, we will peel back the silky layers to create possibilities for softness and expansion within ourselves.
Please take note that this course will speak heavily to the feminine archetypes of history and ancient lore. If you’re trans or a nonbinary babe, and are interested but not sure how to feel about the heavy emphasis on the feminine, let’s have a chat and make sure this will be a supportive space for you.

You must choose to promise to honor the wisdom, body of knowledge and tools you learn within this container. You must choose to honor the confidentiality of this container and help maintain this safer space for the community members within.
Any behavior that undermines the integrity of the container and the safety of those within will not be tolerated.
Breaking this code of conduct will result in your immediate release from the course and suspension from future Grounding Down courses and events.
