LUTEAL

The Luteal Workshop
September 28, 2025 | 2:00-4:30pm
📍 Evergreen, CO
** location disclosed upon registration **
LUTEAL is a descent into the darkening season. A warm circle to honor the body’s ache, its call to retreat inward, and the quiet power that stirs when summer fades.
This Luteal phase is the most widely misunderstood part of the cycle. It’s spoken of only as PMS, cravings, or irritability, when in truth, it may be one of the most complex parts of your cycle.
Together we’ll:
Explore the physiological and spiritual layers of the luteal phase
Gather in community aligned with the Autumn Equinox
Share in a nourishing, hormone-balancing meal
Create through handcrafting as ritual
This workshop is for anyone desiring to understand and tend their cycle more fully; whether you’re re-learning your rhythms after birth control, navigating painful symptoms, healing your womb story, or simply seeking a deeper connection with your body’s rhythms.
At its heart, LUTEAL is wrapped in ritual, ancestral womb practices, and rooted in emerging science. You’ll leave with tools, insights, and a felt sense of belonging.
What’s Included:
Highly Personalized Education
Learn the physiological + spiritual aspects of the womb’s ache in the luteal phase
Understand why PMS arises, how to nourish your body differently, and what happens in the “animal body” during this stage
The Healing practice of Handcraft
For centuries, women and womb-bearers have gathered in circle, song, and craft as a way of ceremonial connection. All supplies will be provided to create your own Witch’s Ladder: a rhythmic, tactile practice that supports learning, discussion, and release.
Warming Refreshments
We’ll share in a warming carrot-ginger soup, slow-cooked with seasonal root vegetables, and served alongside local sourdough bread. Every ingredient is organic, thoughtfully sourced, and allergen-friendly. Designed to tonify and balance the body in this phase.
This is an intimate gathering, and space is limited.
Investment: $65 + processing fees
