EQUINOX HARVEST CIRCLE

Friday, September 23rd
Evergreen, CO
5- 8:30pm

An evening of ceremony, warmth, and magic

Gather in energy of harvest and join us for this juicy community event happening at my mountain homestead.

The first event of its kind, I invite you into my home to nourish you, warm your spirit, and help initiate you into the Autumnal Spirit.

By virtue of a traditional Floral Bath (details below,) we will engage with the energies of a plant medicine bath to clear you of lingering summer agendas, and clarify your energy in preparation of the fall equinox.

You can expect a grounding meditation, reflective journaling prompts, opportunities to share of yourself with community, a floral bath ceremony, and time to eat, drink and be merry into the twilight.

There even might be a tarot reader or two!

All are welcome :)

If you have young ones, we have a big yard they can run around in while we do our witching!

What is a Floral Bath?

Also known as baños florales,  a floral bath is fresh water steeped with hand picked herbs and plants meant to facilitate a smooth transition between seasons of life.

Floral baths are capable of dispelling unwanted or heavy energies and releasing blockages, negative thoughts and feelings, and co-creating transformation through the unique medicinal and magical energies of each plant.

In honor of the autumnal equinox, a time for committing back into groundedness, our floral bath will include robust herbs and roots such as cedar, nettles, orange peel, rose petals. espazote, ruda and cempasuchil.

Each person will have the opportunity to receive a single, generous pour of cold, crisp baño over their head and shoulders to help initiate their spirit into autumnal grounding.

Although reminiscent of a baptism, this practice has no roots in the abrahamic religions, and is rather a deep bow to the pre-conquest ancestors who worked alongside our "plantcestors" for communal healing.
