Welcome to OVULATORY, the first workshop of its kind.
A vibrant gathering designed to celebrate your body's peak of vitality, libido, and creative expression.
You don’t have to be certain, just curious.
OVULATORY is for women who suspect there’s more to the story.
.More than what sex-ed told you.
More than getting a “ping” on your period-tracking app.
It is for the woman who knows that there is a certain wildness to be honed. To be listened to.
Whether you’re not totally sure when you ovulate, or are getting off of birth control, navigating painful periods, re-learning your cycle, healing your womb story, or calling in a pregnancy, this is the space for you.
OVULATORY is a juicy, safe space for you to bring your questions. To honor your story, learn about your hormones, step into a warm circle of like minded women, and celebrate the solstice in a new, embodied way.
What’s Included:
Highly Personalized and Curated Education – Together we will discuss the biological, hormonal, and spiritual processes of ovulation. You will leave with a thorough understanding of your menstrual cycle, “tells” on when your body is ovulating, ways to support strong ovulation through food & lifestyle, and a renewed connection to your anatomy and the female arousal response.
Ceremonial Fire – Ceremony is a big part of joining together and honoring our bodies. We’ll gather around an open fire for most of the evening—learning, grounding, laughing, and sharing stories. You'll be invited to receive a smoke limpia (cleansing) and offer a ceremonial gift to the fire.
Refreshments- We will indulge in sensual nourishment as we explore the benefits of aphrodisiac-rich foods—featuring DRAM mocktails, traditional Mexican cacao, and a raw oyster bar..
This is an intimate gathering, and space is limited.

Workshop FYI & What to Expect
To keep this event private and elevated, directions will be disclosed upon registration.
The event will be outdoors. Please wear layers and bring anything you need to sit/ stand comfortably, ie blanket, camp chair, socks, comfortable shoes, bug spray, etc.

This is a sober event. Please do not arrive drunk or high.

Morgan is a perinatal health consultant, postpartum doula, event curator, artist, and founder of Grounding Down.
Morgan is passionate about helping women return to the essentials, and take their health and power back into their own hands through holistic and ancestral means, land reverence, and the healing power of community
