Welcome to Grounding Down!

Where Xicana-led wisdom meets modern magic.

We blend traditional medicine with our modern approach to wellness, education, and the transformative power of community. We believe everyone deserves to ground down, reclaim holistic wellness, and remember their ancestral medicines.

Welcome to the fam :)

Our mission is to help you remember you intrinsic medicines through somatic repair, birth, ancestral healing, land reverence, and community care.

Grounding Down operates on Ute, Cheyenne, and Shoshone land, which we believe should be returned to its first keepers. Every month we donate 2% of our revenue to the Indigenous Environmental Network to support our relatives in land and resource sovereignty, and to the Loveland Foundation Therapy Fund to help Black and Indigenous women access therapy.

Hi! I’m Morgan :)

Founder and Jefa at Grounding Down.

I founded Grounding Down on the heels of an exhausting decade in the wellness industry. I was burnt out, broke, and wanted to soothe my nervous system with regenerative work. In 2020 I returned to my roots of Curanderismo, traditional herbalism, restorative birth work, and community care.

What initially began as a solo venture soon transformed into a community-centered revolution. I have been able to work with hundreds of clients around the world, sell out international and local retreats, write wellness articles for the likes of REI and Conde Nast, and run a small but mighty team in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.

I intend this space as a sweet balm for all of us who have lost ourselves working to the bone. Come in, take up space. Exhale, and remember yourself.
